FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: cooper is a ghoul. this means he's extra extra hard to kill, but it also means he looks like a walking corpse. he wears a tattered duster and cowboy hat 24/7, and he hasn't changed in approximately 200 years, so. chances are he'll be wearing it until he dies.
AURAL: he's definitely doubled down on the cowboy schtick since the bombs dropped, so he usually sounds like someone who just stepped out of a spaghetti western. a quick sampling.
OLFACTORY: oh god. everybody in the wasteland stinks.
DEMEANOUR: as mean as he is ugly. there's a softie somewhere underneath all the callus, but gl digging down to it. he's not necessarily a bad guy, he's not looking to kick anybody while they're down... but he's not going to help them up, either.
THE NAME THING: the ghoul is cooper, cooper is the ghoul. in narrative i'll probably be referring to him as "cooper" more often than not, but he's unlikely to offer that name up to anyone he's just met, so feel free to have your character come up with a dumb nickname for him. he most certainly will be doing the same for your character!
